    Now thats unbelievable 😯 Although once had a customer who bought a new oven thermostat then brought it back faulty with the capillary soldered together. He told me he cut capillary so he could thread it easier and then joined it back up 😆 😯

    With the appliance unplugged :plug: ,you may want to check the dispenser solenoid for failure.
    If you should require the dispenser unit then an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get you sorted.

    There are times if it detects water level too high,temp too high or tacho fault where the door won’t open.

    Given the fault you are getting it sounds like module TBH – 491123, unless Boro has any ideas 😉
