    If the water has drained, I would imagine you will be looking at a faulty Water Indicater (WI),clogged filters,gunge around the WI or faulty module/PCB.

    The WI is situated below the filters when removed at the 3 o clock position.
    Un plug appliance before invesitgating :plug:

    Like Martin said it has a 2 year guarantee providing they have a valid receipt and have registered for the 2 year guarantee. I have never had a repair refused by BSH for the customer not registering but you never know 🙂
