Hi
Neff, Bosch,Siemens and Gagganau all belong to the same company (BSH) but all cater for different requirements and use.
As for recycling appliances you could contact these people http://www.createuk.com/Greg

ParticipantRe: B1542N0GB/01 Neff fan oven knobs stuck in/ misaligned
Hi
Definately user error.
They must have turned the dials the wrong way and the knob mechanism has jumped out of its correct position.
With some perseverance and a small screwdriver you can flick it back into alignment.
All done from the inside.
Failing that, you could buy new knobs but waste of money IMO.Greg

ParticipantRe: Bosch WFL245SGB/04 Does not spin
Hi Terry
If you are profficient in the use of a multimeter, you could check the motor pin resistances.Between:-
Pin 2 and 3…. 0.8 ohms – 2 ohms
Pin 4 and 5…. 4 ohms – 10 ohms
Pin 6 and 7…. 14 ohms – 240 ohms:lesson: Please note these readings will be obtained with the appliance unplugged :plug:
If that checks out the wiring from motor to module for continuity.
If in any doubts, please feel free to use the engineer link below.Greg

Hi Terry
More than likely motor brushes. Unplug appliance and remove and check the length.
Should be approx 1.5 inch in length when new FYI
You will need to take motor off to gain access and please note make of motor as there are two motors on this appliance and will need this to obtain correct brushes.Greg

ParticipantWe use it for Neff,Bosch and Siemens.
When you subscribe, you only have access to that particular make 🙂
It used to be slow but has got better, broadband is a must though 😉
We order directly off diagrams on same log in and site, very handy.
