    Could be heater,motor or water ingress into electrical components.
    To be honest you maybe be better getting an engineer from the link form my signature.

    Well it could be just a glitch, at the end of the day its electronic and they can be prone to surges/spikes etc.
    If that fault re-occurs I would imagine you will be looking at new PCB module p/no 356786 around the £100 mark.

    Water plus button will raise the level of water in the machine. Ideal in soft water areas where you may need a good rinse aswell.
