    Merloni now Indesit company bought Hotpoint. The machines ARE still made in North Wales just south of Rhyl

    Bodelwyddan and they not the same breed at all. I can see this closing and manufacture being moved to Italy and just using the site for Northern distribution, cheaper I would imagine 😉

    Hi Dom
    There are no adjustments.
    I would get the appliance checked out by a corgi engineer just incase there is a fault, as you said they have a tendancy to go out. This could indicate an oxygen starvation, faulty thermocouple/gas tap or flame not touching thermocouple.

    Please do not undertake any gas repair yourself.
    Find a Corgi engineer here
