😯 Might be worth checking door switch, seen a few on meltdown. It maybe fine on low current, but just can’t deliver heater demand current.

You are holding the start/pause down and not just pressing it at the initiation of the test prog?

Hi Martin
From memory, with the door closed and switched off; hold in “start/pause”, at the same time switch on. Keep “start /pause” depressed until led above it goes on or off 😕 then release “start/pause”button. You should now be presented within a few seconds, the door locking and test of ALL leds.
You then press “Start/Pause” to increment through the test sequence.Hope thats right Im sure it is 😆

ParticipantRe: Too much salt
😯 Im suprised it all fitted in there 😮
It should be fine, will only use amount that its set to.
FYI it takes a few minutes for the salt to dissolve before the lamp will extinguish, it isn’t immediate.Greg

ParticipantRe: Machine on test
After a session with ISE, I have found errors with the test sequence from what is printed.
The correct Test sequence is as follows –
1/ Door Locks + All LEDS on
2/ Not Used
3/ Pre Wash Compartment Fills
4/ Main Wash Compartment Fills
5/ Conditioner Compartment Fills
6/ Heater Test
7/ Drum turns clockwise
8/ Drum turns Anti-Clockwise
9/ Drain + Max Spin Speed
10/ All Valves energisedHope that helps Martin 😉

Hi
WI or the WATER INDICATOR, has been mentioned previously, silly me for assumption 🙄
Our information is given feely so your rudeness confuses me slightly.
Im glad you have ascertained the “Start” button though 😉Greg

ParticipantRe: Prima LPR600
I would seriously consider WI replacement before going for PCB.
Have you also cancelled the programme by holding the “Start” button in for a few seconds and then closing the door till it ends?? and then tried a programme again?Greg

ParticipantRe: Prima LPR600
Could be a faulty or clogged Water Indicator. If you remove all filters and look inside sump in the 3’oclock position you will see a round unit (Water Indicator) check if its not clogged or covered in gunge.

Hi
The manual says to check the filters are clean and that the inlet hose is not squashed.
If all else fails when looking for help, try the search function 😀
