    Hi
Thats not bad for 7 years really. Wouldnt get that sort of durability from the run of the mill junk we see about today.
I think they are good value for money compared to most IMO.

    Hya Rob
Yes it is a split tank, but isnt for the faint hearted. Its not the easiest of split tanks. Personally I would seek an engineer for this one.
As for the other points raised, they are a pretty good machines and rarely give problems.
    How old is it anyway??

    Hi Steve
Remove ribbed hose 298556 and thoroughly clean, that is the front left hose Penguin is talking about. As for the top part that removes you correctly identified it as 263097, remove that and clean that and the bath it sits in.
Hope that clears that up 😀

    Hi
Was made in Nov 2001. The key to working age out is easy. Just add 2 to the first digit eg 8302 becomes 03 = 2003 – 02 = Feb 😉
Works for all Neff, Bosch and Siemens.

    Ok Martin
Make sure you give that door a good push, being new they sometimes don’t fully engage, and therefore will not go into test mode.

    Will PM you aswell

    Hi
You could watch the fill valve, especially where solenoid attaches to valve unit. The seam there seems to weep occasionally even with appliance off providing mains water to it is switched on; thus requiring valve unit replacement.
Power off before attempting any investigations :plug:
