    Remove lid,then remove r/h panel.
As you look at the removed side area of dishwasher, the suppressor is at the r/h side, whitish in colour. An inspection of supressor unit will usually show any damage ie cracked/blackened.
The supressor will detach if you get flat bladed driver under it.
Appliance will still work without the supressor FYI.

Power off before doing anny work on appliance :plug:

    Hi Ken
Im finding on my visits that customers in general have NO concept of 3/4 in 1 in tab, in as much to say that they still put salt and rinse aid in their respective compartments (we are in a soft to medium area)
When you explain that the whole point of 3/4 in 1 tabs is to take the hassle and reduce spending on additional salt and rinse aid, their reaction is one of astonishment 😯
Customer education needed in this area also.

It may have lost its coding or module may be faulty. It is like you say possible to turn it to where there are no ” marked” programmes;however a certain postion on there is for re-coding so I wouldn’t go messing in that area.
See link below for engineer for further assistance.

    Hi
No software upgrade as it is sufficient water for “normal” wash loads.
I cannot recommend washing car mats, bathroom mats etc in any domestic washing machine, they are not built for it and will result in early failure regardless of make.

    Hi Lawrence
Yes there is a diverter valve, now for the bad news…….. it come as part of the instantaneous water heater p/no 483058. From past experience they seem to weep from “o” ring of heater to sump, damaging the unit and in some rare cases blowing part of the PCB that drives that unit.
