Its not the relays causing the problem.Granted they are chattering.

Hi Geoff
Correct Geoff, will shut it all down.
I would be looking at PCB or thermister then.

ParticipantRe: Another joke.
An Englishman is having breakfast one morning (coffee, croissants, bread,
butter and jam) when a Frenchman, chewing bubble-gum, sits down next to him.
The Englishman ignores the Frenchman who, nevertheless, starts a
conversation.Frenchman: “You English folk eat the whole bread??”
Englishman (in a bad mood): “Of course.”
Frenchman: (after blowing a huge bubble) “We don’t. In France, we only eat
what’s inside. The crusts we collect in a container, recycle it, transform
them into croissants and sell them to Britain.” The Frenchman has a smirk on
his face. The Englishman listens in silence.
The Frenchman persists: “Do you eat jam with the bread??”
Englishman: “Of Course.”
Frenchman: (cracking his bubble-gum between his teeth and chukling).
“We don’t. In France we eat fresh fruit for breakfast, then we put all the
peels, seeds, and leftovers in containers, recycle them, transform them into
jam and sell the jam to Britain.”After a moment of silence, The Englishman then asks: “Do you make love in
France?”Frenchman: “Why of course we do”, he says with a big smirk.
Englishman: “And what do you do with the condoms once you’ve used them?”
Frenchman: “We throw them away, of course.”
Englishman: “We don’t. In Britain, we put them in a container, recycle them,
melt them down into
bubble-gum and sell them to France.”gegsy
ParticipantRe: Help Bauknecht GSF7199 Error code F8
Hi
F8 is a problem concerning the water level.
1/Check your filters arent blocked and that you arent using 3 or 4 in 1 tablets in conjunction with rinse aid as this will result in excess foaming.
2/A faulty recirculation pump or blockage within is a possibility.
3/Faulty water indicator also a factor.
Check (1) and if ok then its engineer time see below.Greg

ParticipantRe: Bosch T/Drier WTA3204GB/09 No Heat?
Hi
Check obvious ie blockages and restrictions of air flow.
Failing that, check leads and carbon lengths of conductors.
Let me know what lights are flashing aswell please.
Also if customer isnt putting a minimun load in, then this can cause a fault due to lack of resistence reading from paddles to drum.Greg

ParticipantRe: vented tumble dryer recommendations
Maytag and Whirlpool excellent dryers. Venting length may still be a problem though unless you use a commercial appliance.

ParticipantRe: vented tumble dryer recommendations
Hi
You may get condensation forming in the vent hose due to the length ie water build up in hose which may find a path back to appliance. If length is an issue why not use a condensor box which fits onto the end of the vent hose ❓Greg

I would consider changing the NTC in the sump.

ParticipantRe: Bosch stuck with pump running
Hi Mick
The pin on the relay is a common one with that board, but Ive never had a problem with the board affecting the pumping.
I would remove L/H side of appliance and look at the float assembly for activation.Greg
