    Sometimes the float ball in the top of sump hose nearest tank can jam due to crud etc, wortha check.

    More than likely the plastic “break” situated at the corners of the hinge where the hinge tension band goes round; they tend to erm well break 😆

    Worth checking pressure chamber and ribbed hose from it to sump for gunge.

    Thats fine, you DONT have to use rinse aid. It was just if you had used 3 in 1 and rinse aid in conjunction; excessive foam would have been generated and caused problems esp in circulation and heater microswitch.

    It may be time for an engiineer in all fairness try repairs@
