    The manufacturer as Im led to believe only has to honour any repairs, including parts fitted till the end of the guarantee period.

    Check model I suspect its EU and not GB 😉 unless it is GB/27, in any case same advice 🙂

    I would certainly look for gunge in pressure chamber and ribbed transclucent hose from chamber to sump.

    Perhaps the sales team are on a larger commission to sell after xmas when cash/custom is in short supply??

    After a period of time they get “lazy” best option would be to change the lock.
    Goto spares@ Im sure you will get sorted there.
