    I find Tradeplace (Neff,Bosch,Siemens) invaluable as you have all diagrams tech info etc and are also able to order spares and check previous orders online.
    Only bug bear is somedays it can be slow depending on usage and if you want access to other manufacturers it is an additional fee per make.

    You get floating mains voltage its usually half mains potential.
