Kenwood and there 2 day lasting top basket wheel assemblies, god they are so cheap and nasty. The base fills for no reason, trying to change a module in one of these is sheer suicidal thankfully don’t have to do this poor excuse for an appliance.

There used to be an AEG element which I seem to remember will physically fit into the Neff ovens but was only rated at 1.1kW because the oven also had a 1kW base element in as well. You may have inadverently fitted one of these which will give you the symptoms described.

I’ve done exactly that and I seem to recall it took well over ten minutes to get to 150C!

If BSH go with 2.3kW then thats good enough for me…besides, if the fan is running (at even a half decent speed) and the door is sealing correctly then provided you haven’t removed the insulation (!) there simply isn’t enough watts in the oven 😉
Fancy putting Ken in the oven…Its not humane 😆

Works fine here, nice 1 😉
Must be in North Wales though our chief constable (Brunstrom) is obsessed with speed and cameras.

Justa thought are you getting 240v ish on element; contacts on thermostat may have been damaged when old element shuffled off its mortal coil 😉

Yours is one of the nice twist and lock/unlock but still a devil to get at. I must agree with Martin on this one.
