The drain pump is as it says and same with wash pump 😀
If it drains ok then that eliminates that pump.
It sounds to me that the wash pump has failed in someway. 😕Unplug if yopu are to investigate further :plug:

Hi power off, remove lhs panel and have a look for the overflow pipe from the condensed water box to the reservoir tank in the base.
IIRC its ribbed and will pull off the box and has a clip on the manifold end.
Remove it and check for a any blockage, re assemble and test.Greg

No worries, just make sure the dangly freshner is now not in the path of the top spray arm 😉 try spinning spray arm it by hand to make sure its clear; or you will end up with a poor top basket wash 😀
