    Hi
Cooling fan on both the GB/01 and 02 is 140210. If required the spare is available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk 😉

Unfortunately you will have to extract to gain access.
If you can give the full model number off the oven, that will be handy in correctly identifying parts you may need 😀
BSH-MAN made a valid point though, you must grill door closed as failure of cooling fan would not result in a deformation of knobs under normal operation 😕

Ok then, check the delivery ribbed hose, metering unit and water matrix for signs of crud.
Failing that it may be a faulty module 😕

More likely to do with the cooling system IMO.
When you switch on the oven, do you feel a flow of air from above the doors in each cavity ? If so then the cooling system is ok. If not then either a faulty cooling fan/s or control relay for the fans 😉

Power off if you are to investigate :plug:

Check that the base below the wash tank isn’t full of water thus
    activating the flood float.

    Hi Andy
The crux of it is, is that not everyone that reads these forums are as technically sound as you and the trade bods on here. So when the moderators advise things its not always as a one to one reply; if you get my drift 😀 .
We have to make sure all readers in the public forums are kept as safe as possible. 😉

Martins on the money there, however there are occasions when weeping “O” rings of heater dribble onto water point and/or jammed water point, may blow the module. Just to make you aware of worse case scenario 😉
