    Many thanks

I think it must be a blockage somewhere for the water is flowing to the machine. Personally I think she should just buy a new one. Thanks again for your help. 😉

Merry Christmas and a Happy new year

😀 Hi, apologies for the delay, took a while for my girlfriend to count the flashes 😀 😀

Ok I can now confirm that we get four flashes, then a break, then four flashes…..and so on..

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

    Hi Kwatt

thank you for that one. I will get on and order the part as soon as I discover where it goes 😀 . I know that it is not permitted to give instructions or advice on how to fix problems on the forum, but would it be possible for you to give me an indication (on a scale of 1 to 10) how easy it is to replace the part? I’ve never taken out an oven before, but believe it’ll be a case of undoing a few screws, sliding out the over and revealing the part that needs replacing? Apologies if this is the question of a fool, but I’m fairly new to the DIY side of things. Cheers 😉
