its the black plastic bit that the module box clips into so that the controls stick up into the facia

Got the right seal sorted out it was the same as the fridge model ARG582 part no 480132100607 thanks to everyone who looked but now resolved .

Martin i checked the heater and it was fine so replaced the dryer module and that seems to have cured the problem. Thanks for your help.

sorry never had it out to get a number . was more a query as to whether this was normal or not for it to get so hot ? i can go back and get a number later on today but they are thinking of just replacing the hob .

sorry for the delay on getting back to you .many thanks did not have the manual and just assumed if you set it to full spin it should do a full spin .

no error message
will try sensor dry and see what happensits my sons dryer and haven`t been to see it yet was on looking to see if anyone else had posted same fault and just stuck on a post to see if any pointers
