Can I have contact details for the person in Coventry please Phidom

ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
Its only a matter of time of that i can assure you
Obviously Phidom seems to think modification of existing oven is possible ………like you i sure wonder how or by whom

No wonder people are far more concerned about getting Alzheimers than Cancer !!!
The entire manufacturing world is riding for a fall

ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
OK
Any ideas who would /could modify the existing oven

ParticipantRe: New Steam ovens etc
I guessed that would be the case
Funny how i have an all stainless steel electric kettle which cost peanuts effectively yet they put cheap and nasty Aluminium in Expensive new fangled ovens
But like I said sooner or later the scientists will admit the dangers and then the lawsuits against manufacturers will fly

So if it had to have a fan where would they have hidden it
If I looked inside
There was only the seamless stainless steel lining
the element under the turntable
the magnatron cover
and the quartz element/grill at topThere simply was no grill /perforated setion in front of a fan blade as there is in all the new ones
I need to find the instruction manual for the model numberIts not a matter of needing a medical opinion …….that i can assure you

So how come I never had any problem whatever from the 15yr old Sharp Combination Microwave/grill/oven
that gave up the ghost last weekWere the old ones made differently ?
It certainly did not have a visible fangrannyfixit
ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
Not likely to sell the AEG for much
and its OK for other family membershence why i have always had the Sharp combi
Still cant work out where the fan was if it ever had one because i sure could not see it and i can clearly see them on every other model i look at

My AEG has 2 ovens
Bottom one is fan assisted
Top one is conventional
Both are Enamel interiorHowever cant use either of them because apparently theres an Aluminium chanell at the back which connects both ovens to the fan
and the whole oven is encased in foil
Its the presence of Aluminium which when its heated gives off a kind of radiation that affects the food
Its hard to describe how it does that but sadly it does …………too many people think just because they have ditched Aluminium Saucepans they are safe
I spent 2 yrs in a wheelchair 20 yrs ago was dreadfully ill with Aluminium poisoning and came so close to dying i am not prepared to do it again …….i am as a result severely allergic to the blasted metal and least contact with it causes nasty symptoms

ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
Are you suggesting that a built in one would not have an Aluminium fan in it then ?
grannyfixit
ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
I want a freestanding Combi microwave oven…………NOT a built in one
If my old combination microwave ( it was a proper Sharp Combination Microwave oven …….It could bake or grill or microwave ) had a fan it was certainly not visible
There was no grill or perforated section visible in the cavity as there is in all the new ones
As to why the manufactuirers do not address the problem is simple ……..because the scientists refuse to get to grips with the problem
If you get really ill the medics will blame ME /CFS/Cancer /Alzheimers?arthritis etcThey never ever look for the true cause of ill health
If the general public cared more about “you are what you eat ” and stopped to seek the cause of ill health then the backlash would come and manufacturers would be facing law suits off the wall

Any company that makes Combination microwave ovens
I am absolutely desperate to find one as other than a hob I have no other means of cooking
Cant use my £700 AEG built in oven
I am not alone in being severely allergic to Aluminium the difference is I know what makes me ill whereas majority of population live in blissful ignorance and are damaging their health day by day

ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
Russel Hobbs say theirs are made under licence and they refuse point blank to find out what the fans are made of
Panasonic did enquire of their manufactuer and theirs are Aluminium
Sharp wont contact their manufacturer to find out
My original Combination oven DID NOT HAVE a fan in it hence why i now have such difficulty
I cant get contact numbers for other manufactuers
Wonderful isnt it ……..they all advertise full Stainless Steel interiors and then put in a poxy Aluminium fan

ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
I am talking about the visible Fan Blade behind the grill in a combination oven ,,,,,,,,,,,,,they are clearly metal not Plastic …….I can see that much
Just chucking out Aluminium pans is sadly not the whole answer by any means …….. I only wish it was
What you do not understand is …….Heat any form of Aluminium and it has an effect akin to a kind of radiation on the food which in turn seriously affects anyone who is allergic to the metal ……….its not just all in the mind ……its a darn serious problem as are its effects
I have an AEG double oven thats enamel inside as far as the eye can see but behind that is an Aluminium fan blade and tunnels and the whole oven is encased in foil …………Sadly I simply cant use the darn thing
grannyfixit
ParticipantRe: Combination microwave ovens >>>>>>>
Its the fact the manufacturers call centres wont or cant tell me thats the difficulty
I cant afford to buy several until i find one that does not have an aluminium fan blade
I cant afford to make myself ill either ……….its that serious a problem
I have tried looking inside them darn carefully
