Thanks, its good to check before i ruin it. The outlet looks so slushy and slimey. No wonder the old person didnt get it sorted or i bet it was the guy who came to fix it lied just to get a sale by selling new machine! It was the pump need fixing.

Ok, been looking and found a few extra letters after wt741, whats mine?? How do i find the next 2 characters??

It is a 1400 spin, a+, showing family on the drawer. In silver/granite. And how do u find what specify model it is? No sticker on sides or back, only showing wt741 on front.

That what i meant lol, i found same product on ebay for £14.99 free p&p. Bought it now. Will remove pump tomorrow to try and take filter out.

I am capable of doing it myself, just need a guide on safe way to remove filter without breaking the pump itself. A good method. Showing u a picture of it now. Hopefully u can help again 🙂

Re: advice on removing cap on drain pump???

Thanks so much, will remove pump and try to clear things inside to try remove filter and replace it with a new one.

That filter kit directly fits what i have?

Remove pump, do i look in inlet/outlet to remove anything causing blockage and something make cap unable to be removed? How do i get cap/filter removed?

Step by step be ideal pls or video? Thanks
