    well i just received my £10-50 bullet connector to short the sensor out, keep my fingers crossed it does the trick. Had I known I would have crimped it for 10p!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like same problem as with the siemens fridge/freezer, they supply a replacement part to overide the built in sensor cost £10-50 inc p+p need to check the bosch website or contact spares hotline, if not in the trade need someone to fit it ,it fits behind the control panel where pcb board is. worth the money to try otherwise scrap the machine if its old, board a bit expensive.

    Its ok got the part no its 491415 its to overide the sensor thats sealed in as it has 2 fitted and one normally fails.
