    Had a good look round nothing loose or off, didnt take the motor out to replace the brushes did it insitu.
    Just noticed however that the pipe from the sump to the drain pump was twisted I wonder if that was causing an issue……

    Thank you very much for your sound advice,I have taken the brushes out and given them a scrape the machine is working again now will get some new brushes on Monday and hopefully all will work well.What a great site this is!

    The door locks but the light only comes on briefly doesnt stay on only the wash light stays on. I havnt checked the brushes in the motor. I briefly spoke to an engineer earlier he seemed to think it was a module down near the pump ???

    All the lights come on as normal,the water is just not coming throughwhich is why I thought it must be the inlet valve. The machine will not work on the drain or spin cycles either…..
