Thanks for the reply folks, I’ll try adjusting the pressure and see what happens. If the tray was overflowing I would have expected to see some water droplets on the front of the machine but I’m not, just a small pool of clear water on the floor. There’s nothing at the back of the machine so I doubt there is a problem with the connections to the taps.

thanks for the advice folks. I had a look at the door seal and short of using a magnifying glass couldn’t see any obvious signs of a hole or rip. I’ll have a look at the dispenser as this sounds like the easiest thing to remedy if it is causing the problem. Out of interest, why would a blockage cause a leak from behind the metal plate at the front of the machine ?
