    There are two different door boots. One is for a plastic outer tub. The other is for a metal outer tub. The gap between the inner tub and outer tub are different. If the wrong gasket is fitted, one will rub. 😀

    It could be an unbalanced load. Therefore, out of balance switch will kick in and cause no spin. Customer could be overloading.
