Carbon holders plastic is not heat resistant and melts around brush jamming carbon In after 2 washes.
Similar to some white hotpoint carbon brushes of old.
If needs be I recommend fitting customers old plastic casing around new insert.

SimonFunny enough (well I certainly hope not!!) I had issues last week with CAR99,the amp connector appeared to be a tad wider resulting in it being bent as I fitted the lead.
I did make a mental note not to buy those again.Main oven cavity ….top and bottom elements and door seal

I just want to give you guys a heads up,the other day I spoke to who I thought was a customer (lets call him Mr Smith) and agreed a rough price for a repair,It turns out I spoke to someone from the above company masquerading as a customer and I had no idea it was this company,a bit embarrassing on my part as Mrs Smith was not best pleased when I asked for payment in which her reply was but I’m insured,I’m not paying you anything!!

The way I see it is that they (connect and Qualtex)think they are in a ‘blinkered’two horse race.They appear to copy each other most of the time.
But at least there are decent alternative suppliers to consider now,personally I think they have both got so much retail revenue business that we the ‘trade’ are such a small part of their day to day business.Re: bush cooker
