    Well it looks like my comments to our rep has paid off,now back to normal with 503 numbers and pattern part numbers.

    It’s a right PITA to do any sort of cross reference of part numbers,Iv’e also let my feelings known to our rep(not as that will change anything).

    From memory,we don’t carry out many Panasonic repairs but i’m sure that plastic bearing just prizes off with a large bladed screwdriver

    Sorry for the late reply,been away,Yes it was but Linda in the office was dealing with it and I think she ended up sticking with our existing insurance company.
