I can’t remember what time the conference is meant to start. Each time I arrive there, often I have 5 mins to spare to catch my breath and gulp coffee. I’d like to have more time to breath and sip coffee this time round.

Normally, a 9:30 kick off is aimed for but it has been known to drift slightly although, not too much.
I would think that this time around it will be as close as possible as there’s a fair bit to be getting on with. 😉

Per night I’m afraid.
Saying that, it’s £40-50 at a PTI usually.

You’ll be lucky to get that price ken normally it’s £60 – £90 at a Premire in without breakfast in a city area unless you book months in advance.

I think we get good value for the size of the Hotel and at least you do not bump in to
Lenny Henry. 😀The breakfast is better than the PT Inns I have stayed at and the cheap rooms advertised are always booked. 😯
Keep up the good work Brian as the price has stayed the same since we started using the Hilton.

Ok so a bit of meat on the bones as it were…
Taking on board comments from last year we have been able to attract some interesting speakers ,we have a presentation entitled “so you want to be gas safe ” basically all you need to know about becoming qualified for gas, this will be done by a tutor and assessor from Colchester institute.
We also have a presentation regarding customer service skills,i.e how to talk to the customers etc.
As well as a WTA update ,there will be the usual talks and presentations some of which will have to remain under wraps for the moment ,sorry to be cryptic but all I can say is if we pull it off it will be something never done before and will have people talking.

If you have never been before,this one is the ideal one to come to for the first time,if you have been before,this one should be even better than before,if you are undecided,can you afford not to be there,if you have decided not to come we will maybe see you next year
