KeymasterNo problem at all, thank you.

KeymasterYep, same here.

KeymasterBest guess is that it’s a timer issue or it’s overheating (or thinks it is) but I’m not that familiar with the model.
So check the fans are all working first then the overheat stat, then timer. But it does sound timer related.
If you need it, the timer is this one:

KeymasterHonestly, we’ve all seen this sort of thing so many times you can almost tell step-by-step what’s going to happen and what the outcome will be. So I really can’t say I’m even remotely surprised by the reports of how it’s all unfolding, it was pretty much entirely predictable.
We’ve all seen this before where multi-product/multi-brand work goes to a repair organisation like this and it hardly never lasts.
All I’d say to all is that when it all crashes and DAG are forced to rekindle the old agents (if they can even accommodate the work) just make sure that you all charge accordingly. Do not be shy about putting up your rates, they need you, not the other way around and I fully expect the premium you place on your services will be a whole heap less than the alternative costs.
Pity the poor DAG customers though many of who I don’t expect will be too enamoured with arrangements.

KeymasterAccording to Beko, it’s this one used in that unit:

KeymasterNope, not to hand.

KeymasterThey need to be right so the cut in and out temperatures are correct for a particular cabinet.
K.
kwatt
KeymasterYes, it’s all done by the thermostat and it looks as if two were used, probably discerned by product code so that’s the first thing to check I suspect and ensure you got the correct one.
K.
kwatt
KeymasterNo, there are no other sensors in it, just the thermostat.
If it freezes continuously then the obvious thing is the thermostat or how it’s been wired that would be the most likely issue.

KeymasterI’d go for the Smeg, less complex and don’t use those stupid heat pumps (yet) that keep breaking on the Bosch Group ones.

KeymasterDone a little work today, you might have noticed.
We increased the font size and spacing that I hope makes it easier to read and use.
Tidied up some other stuff as well but it’s all minor incremental stuff.

KeymasterYeah, should do it’s just a rudimentary timer that’s on it, nothing fancy at all.
K.
kwatt
KeymasterPossibly, as it’d show the machine was locked and nothing else.

KeymasterI can get one but it’s near enough £100. **VERY* limited stock.
K.

KeymasterNo, the ones that should be on there have a kinda open spring type look about them from what I recall.
