KeymasterI can only find a blowout and parts, no code info on Hisense’s system for it. 🙁

KeymasterYou won’t get one Ally, that’s the older Whirlpool type and you can’t get those at all any longer.

KeymasterIf the board is burnt to that extent the question you have to ask is, why?

KeymasterOh dear. It sounds like you’ve been sold a pup and, you now know why it was being sold.
It’s full electronic so the error code will mean something but I can’t find any for that one but, at a guess, a sensor or compressor fault. Possibly a fan motor but that’s an outside runner.

KeymasterSounds more like a refrigerant system issue. Compressor, gas etc.

KeymasterThat doesn’t sound like a thermostat problem as it’s a simple on or off, no in-between as explained here:

KeymasterThe model number is needed, often on the top panel so it’ll need pulled out to see that.

KeymasterIt is possible that it is the compressor but it does seem a bit early for that to fail and it may well be worth calling Smeg and asking them nicely if this is acceptable given the young age and a compressor you’d not expect to fail until a good few years down the track.
Be nice and see if they will pick up the tab or a part of it and let us know how you get on with that before you go any further.
