ParticipantRe: ISE 5 DW51 Dishwasher user manual request.
It’s because I have code F1 showing on the ISE DW51 machine. I believed in the ethos of ISE as well but now I need to fix the machine myself – any help appreciated.

ParticipantRe: ISE journal
Anymore news on your usage of the ISe5. We have hired from ebay the ISE5 and so far so good its really good – simple instructions – well – didnt have any documentation – its pretty simple.
Only minor point is that its hard to know where the machine is in the cycle – I know it has the 3 lights – Ready, Wash, Spin – would be useful to know roughly how much Spin is left so can wait around and hang out – but this is pretty minor.
The hire comes with the same service/labour as expected. We are hiring until the ISE10 comes out.

ParticipantRe: Terrible noise from drum and burning smells
Thanks kwatt – latets update on my machine is that at 400 rpm there is a big knocking noise – think it is from the inner drum hitting the outer but it might be the concreate block – I can only see the top of the machine and can see some concreate but haven’t figured out how to gain access to the underneath section (maybe from the front ?).
Any thoughts apprecated from anyone.
Our washing machine is used daily and we might hold on to get an ISE10 if they are coming soon.

ParticipantRe: Terrible noise from drum and burning smells
I had replaced the bearings a few week ago but one of the bolts on the spider unit came out and so mis-aligned the drum – have put it all back again and spinning is the only issue. If no load at all can spin to the max value (1100) but if just a few items in the drum the a big banging noise is heard. Really don’t want to take it all apart (for the 3rd time !!!) and spinning to 400 rpm is just about OK. Probably new machine needed or whole drum hence the other question I have on the ISE10 in this forum

ParticipantRe: ISE 10 : spec and when available and dealer coverage
I tried http://www.iseappliances.co.uk/ but can’t find the Winchester / Salsbury dealers – I did “How do I get One>” -> “South East”. Please help my naming the supplier on how to use the web site. Am very keen to get the ISE10 or details about it (have fixed my machine now – changed the bearings and all seems OK so far !!! – but just in case would like to get in touch with the local dealers)

ParticipantRe: ISE 10 : spec and when available and dealer coverage
So how do I find a local ISE10 approved installer and how do I know they will be around in the future ? Once installed by the ISE10 installer will any local dealer be able to service it if the original one is not around or busy ?
