    have the same problem with 2month old WD420G, drum only agitates marginly. have replaced module and eeprom twice and only lasted couple of weeks. customer got replacement from hotpoint and same has happened again! this customer has numerous strange faults with other appliances,so ask them if they do 1st!!!! We reckon its a supply authority problem,aint easy to get them to admit anything tho!!

    thanks. have been using jubilee clips but as said they are too wide. will check halfords . thanks

    There is a button marked “Dyson DC04” When clicked a sort of toolbar drops down etc. Follow your nose from there.

    The switch is easy to break 😈 so take care!
