    Hi, thanks for the response, I checked with the cx and the programmes his using have a dry function tho he uses all in one tablets no actual rinse aid maybe that’s a problem?!?, out of the 5-6 cycles only 3 don’t have a dry function he assured me his not using them

    hi,

    thanks for the reply the voltage coming out of the property was 230 and they had experienced problems with there oven as well, I really appreciate the help it was starting to have us baffled

    we have changed the door lock and the error is still present
    I have checked and double checked that it is not the child lock.
