    Thanks for replying so quickly Penguin. Are you saying you think this is the part that has gone? If so, it seems it may be better to get a new dishwasher. Do you agree? If so, have you any hints and tips?

    Hello,

    Yes everything seems to be OK with timer – ie. normal setting. The ordinary (convection) cooking works OK it’s just when you switch to fan cooking nothing happens.

    Thanks for replying. The clock is set. Can you explain what you mean by it being set to manual.
