    Thanks. It is under warranty so I’ll give them a call tomorrow. Out of interest should we stop using it? It still appears to be working and it’s never on when were not in the house? It’s getting to that time of year when it needs to get used more :rolls:

    It’s still under warranty so I’ve got a Comet “engineer” coming out on Friday to have a look.

    Turns out the oven I was supplied with was actually an ADP4810 not the 4610. Whilst reading the manual, I noticed a reference to Belling so it’s obviously made by them, unless someone else makes their ovens.

    I’ve yet to find out who makes the hoods for MFI as the part numbers never cross refer to anything 😕
