Re: ISE 10 – First Thoughts

I had a similar problem with the water inlet pipe. Its made out of an acrylic type stiff plastic. the fitter took one look at the 60cm space it was being slotted into and said it wouldnt fit as it was too tight. they where taking away my LG for disposal and luckily the cable of that would fit but he wouldnt fit it for some reason. So i fitted it myself but for a minute there he was going to leave it unplugged. Given that it is being supplied to allot of home users maybe a standard bendy pipe may be in order.

    Re: ISE Insurance backed Warranty?

    Kwatt
Hi I’ve hady ise10 for a fortnight now and everything is fine. Was a little bit worried when I read this thread regarding the warranty but after Reading all the replies I am satisfied that the warranty is fine. I mean whether it’s axa or a set aside fund it realy doesn’t matter as long as the washer gets fixed does it? One thing I would like to know though. I bought my washer direct of ise and it was delivered by a subcontracted delivery company. If my washing machine (in the unlikely event) does go faulty who do I ring ?
    Cheers chris

Well guys my wife has used it for a few washes now and the verdict is good. She never read the instructions and just played it by ear and it washes fine.
    🙂

Re: My ISE10 1607W arrived today

I’m sure I read on here a while ago that when the fitter comes round he plugs it in and gets it to run a cycle and does a demo. After it was fitted I mentioned this to him and he said that they didnt do that and he had fitted loads of them.

Re: My ISE10 1607W arrived today

One problem the fitter had was with the water feed pipe
It is about 2m long and made out of a rigid plastic. I had to use the old one of my LG (it was mint so not a problem) as the ISE one wouldnt bend enough to go in the space.

Re: My ISE10 1607W arrived today

Just one thing that has occurred to me. I have a dated delivery note but no receipt for the washer (unless they are the same) and there is nothing in the manual that mentions the 10 year guarantee and no guarantee documents from axa. Also if a fault does develop under warranty who do I contact?
This one’s for your good self Kwatt 😕
