    dont have a hammer :rolls: but i would like to know how you get the heat exchanger out .it has a strap but it wont shift without going mad Just a bit of help please

    door seal fitted .I thought it might be fiddly but in fact it was pretty straightforward so thanks again for the info chaps 🙂

    got it off thanks for the advise chaps eh its a bit different in here compaired to me 10 year old bosch i had .Still that buga used suspension legs of a kids pram thanks again

    so you dont work from the top , you perform through the door thats fine thanks for the advise . Tacking the fronts up tut tut

    i have removed the front soap tray and pcb board but appears that the front panel is tack welded . How do you get to put in a new seal WIXE 127

    that sounds like whats happening i must admit we havnt done enough of these high temp. washes i will take your advise .

    thanks for the advise , i will do that and give it a good few “washes” with soda crystals and change the drum seal. i thought if it was the bearings and they are sealed by the looks, they would be rumbling if they got to the point of leaking grease dont you think?

    so would you say that a chest freezer would be better suited to a garage. i am told they work in a different way

    just a point penguin my shockers have failed on my BOSCH CLASSIXX and on inspection the ones fitted to mine are flimsy plastic slider ones .Yet on the parts list they look a lot more robust what is the story on these modifications i am going to write to BOSCH and ask whats going on when they want £100 for new ones on a 3 yearold model with little use

    drum is nice and smooth with no play i think the bearings are ok . must say drum isnt very stable on the legs. It just seems a bit quick for suspension legs to pack in. Saying that i remember bogging them when i put a new heater in and they did look “skinny”
