white knight c45cw drum not turning when loaded. turns when empty

Issue resolved. The door seal was leaking and water collecting at the bottom of the machine was tripping the flood-prevention cut-off switch. I replaced the seal and the machine works perfectly now.

Hi Dave thanks for the advice. I’m struggling to move the machine out of its built-in position so I’m just going to have to call a person I know who should be able to help. You’ve been very kind with your advice today. Thanks again.

Hi Dave. Tried that and nothing happened – the drum didn’t move after 5 minutes.

Yes. And when you turn the machine off the door unlocks after a short delay.

Thanks for the quick reply Dave. I’ve just taken another look and I can now see that there is power to the machine, but it doesn’t fill with water nor does the drum rotate at all! What do you think I should do please?
