I have found a new pump for £50, so considering replacng the failty one.

I have not removed the pump so not sure how difficult it is to replace, or if need any more parts to complete the job.

I would appreciate your advice on if it is worth it.

It seems to be the main circulating pump – doswasher operates with earth lead removed form pump.

Looks like cost of repair is un economic – so probably getting a new one.

Hi,
I had already isolated the heater and that was not the issue.

I have just pulled the earth lead off the main pump, and the machine rusn without tripping RCD.

Will this need a new pump or can that part be serviced or repaired?
(New pump looks like £120)

Hi,
I have a similar problem with my Neff Diswasher s5443x2gb/42

It trips RSCS when the door is closed to start a programme (even the cold rinse)
