    Hi Ken,
    Could you please explain how you did the programmer reset as my machine hes a prob and i thought that that may help.

    Hi Dave,
    Thanks for getting back to me

    This is the sequence
    · Pre wash light flashes
    · Wash cycle light flashes
    · Wash cycle light then stays on
    · Then it stays in the wash cycle

    Is there a reset button on the appliance
