    Greg,

thanks – got a quote from filling in the form & had a look for an engineer locally but didn’t find one. Looks like we’re going to buy a new machine.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

thanks, had a look last night and the ISE sounds great – really like the recycling aspect – but it’s a dishwasher I’m looking for – probably didn’t make this clear enough in my original post.

    Thanks again

    Guys,

MANY thanks, you kind off confirmed what I’d thought – although I hadn’t considered the green aspect. I guess what I don’t really understand is that the vacuum wasn’t that expensive compared to say Electrolux.

    Anyway thanks again.

    Thanks Penguin,

Has now completed a few different washes – have absolutely no intention of touching anything! 😆

    Re: Zanussi Washer/ Dryer WJD1257W – Fixed?

    Hi Folks,

    Now fixed – “I didn’t do anything”.

After about 45 minutes the machine started beeping and gave an Error 90 in the display (not documented in user manual). Pressed skip and then machine appeared to start to drain (although there was no water in it) and the display later returned to normal end of cycle reading —.

I had found a topic on another site about resetting (hold Start & Skip buttons down whilst switching power on) machine so I did this and the buttons and display seemed to be re-activated.

Machine is now 3/4 way a wash.

I’m thinking either I disturbed something when moving the machine and it then settled down or that the machine needs to go through a specific re-initialisation programme after a part is replaced but “times out” and carries on normally if the cycle isn’t activated by an engineer – although I’m not sure how the pump could impact this as there aren’t any sensors on it?

If anyone knows perhaps they can satisfy my curiosity?

    Regards

    Fraser
