Hi, and many thanks for taking the time to reply, I am fairly sure I copied all the information down correctly from the plate inside the oven door, what should the model number look like, ie in terms of digits and length, ?

ParticipantRe: Apuro
Mainly known for samsung commercial microwaves, but had a good product mix base. Website was still live a short while ago. Now called uropa lol. Same MD, odd that, now I beleive owned by Nesbits the catering (catalogue) suppliers of gear to caterers, and their infamous “buffalo” brand of products. Regretably we have lost the service and expertise of the Apuro staff who were a good bunch to deal with. Bet the MD didn’t take any of them in the lifeboat.

Hi, by wave guide I assume you meant waveguide cover, also you do not say which diode you require, again I assume it is in the high voltage circuit. In the case of the former you can purchase material to fashion your own we carry it at all time on the vans as a getme out of jail card, as for the diodes again common stock items. fell free to contact me on 01424 447799 or by mobile 07850 847847 Neither item is more than a few bob

Participantcab wrote:Hi all, Ive got a DeDietrich hob model DTI704, customer complaint is that the two right rings stopped working and F came up beside both on/off touch pads. It has reset itself after a period. Customer was using the back right whilst using the worktop to the right of the front right hob.
Any ideas?
May be the same as microwave keypads, liquid spilt on them, or even over use of spray cleaner wicks into the membranes and often causes an error that disappears after a day or so
