Yes your right, but unfortuantely they are claiming they have accepted a return as within 30 days and not acepting responsibility of the fault.

Unfortunately we have already approached Beko they are refusing to help as in there words “All washing machine drums are checked with a cloth before packaged” Which I 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} believe….. honest 😉

Re: Faulty new beko grill element.

If anyone else gets this problem.

We solved it by fitting a ELE8827, A little bit of bending the support bar, and made a bracket for the back (single centre screw fitting).

Re: Faulty new beko grill element.

Sorry, we have heat tested all the ones we have received and that’s why we are aware they are faulty. But if someone has one of these elements on the shelf that they would be willing to heat up and test to make sure of it’s quality we would be interested in purchasing.

We tried one from Qualtex but had the same issues.
It’s a long shot but if anyone reading this has one of these elements in stock and are willing to heat test it first we would be very interested in purchasing from you. 😕
