Re: QER Electronics: Full Price if Not repaired ??? – No!!

Thanks to those contributing to the discussion.
Our policy re No Fault Found is as follows:
Discount of 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} in those cases where we have carried out a full functional test.
Otherwise £4.50 flat fee (plus £3.50 if you want it returned)

If, on the other hand, for a repair that you think is still faulty, you can return it under guarantee at any time up to 12 months later.
If it so happens that we can’t find anything wrong, we’ll either refund you, or return it to you, whichever you want.

Hope this clears up any misunderstandings

Re: QER Electronics – Availability from stock

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this topic.
Yes, we do have difficulty maintaining a range of modules in stock – especially for washing machines and dishwashers – though we do have a good range of refrigeration pcbs available.
The reason is the vast range of types and variants, often programmed to a particular model.
Bear in mind, though, that if you are buying new, you will have the hassle of programming the module.
If you are sending to us for repair, you wont have that problem.

Nevertheless, we do try to keep the most popular types in stock, and also offer cash for your unwanted ones (http://www.qer.biz/wanted.asp)

You can check the availabilty of any module 24/7 on our search page http://www.qer.biz/prodRepairs.asp
