i left spain just over a year ago and the writing was on the wall then for the spanish,very high unemployment now but at times some of theses countries have only themselves to blame.the money spain got from european funds was absurd and it was all wasted.they built an airport which nobody was ever going to fly in valencia which cost millions of european money and so forth.where i stayed there the built a roundabout with a fountain in the middle it cost €140,000 it was an absolute joke they couldnt switch it on because the the local council hadnt paid a bill to iberdrola(scottish power) so they refused to put electric in and so on,but there many other european funded things that made you laugh.some countries have had to good for to long now the shits hit the fan and they dont have a plan b or c on how to get them out of it because the wells ran dry.

some of theses stats will not be resetable what i mean if they go open circuit they stay like that.there could be a board faulty but again just guessing very hard to tell

check out if there is a thermostat linked into the timer 8996619267611 it will have i think 4 thin wires and if i remember 2 go to the timer i dont have access to the diagrams so could be wrong but have a look
