has the heater got the wee red reset because some will work only on 1 element not 2 had id b4 then i just pressed the button and heard click then its back to full heat

check the module at back of the timer for dry joints also check the switch bank at the front for good connections

take small front panel off and tilt machine back you slacken the 2 front panel screws it is tricky but im used to it or its lid off facia and front panel depends if pump unit is front left or front right
