Thanks for the speedy feedback πŸ™‚

I took the both hoses off (and removed the pump for a check) no blockage. A little water drained, made no difference.

Tilted it back for 1 min then tried door (whilst still tilted back) door still wont open.

    Gone wrong again πŸ˜₯

Done all the usual checks. Checked the pump. The pipe that drains the water away is clear.
Spin cycle finishes but the door release wont engage. I want my washing!

Anyone now how to release the door? Or what the problem could be?
I’ve had the top off, found where the push switch goes, gave it a tug no help.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers

    Thanks Penguin πŸ™‚

I replaced the soap dispenser last year. That fixed the problem I was getting then.
If I’m lucky its the Mains suppressor (If I can buy another one that is)
If not its the board πŸ˜•

Have since read a similar thread. “two short beeps followed by a brief burst of the pump, pause, then repeat” is exactly what I’m getting…

Think I will also send my PCB to QER.

If that doesn’t work a new dishwasher it will be! Not spending more than Β£200 this time!!!

    Thanks again.

    Thanks for that Goatboy.
If the extra Β£100 really makes a difference.
    I’ll consider both pricepoints. Β£300 and Β£400 ……..

    Cheers Penguin45 you’re a star!!! :tright:
Got the pump off to find a hair clip firmly wedged in the pump paddles. :bang:
Full wash just completed no problem.

clivejameson wrote:We are unable to give complete instructions in case you or anyone else reading this post injures themselves…suffice to say that this repair isn’t rocket science, the dispenser is in the door so that’s the bit you need to open up. The dispenser fixings will then be obvious πŸ˜‰

Don’t forget to unplug before doing anything :zap: and watch out for razor sharp door edges πŸ˜‰

    Thanks
