I no longer have an account at qualtex but that stat is also wrong as the terminals are in line and wont fit into the housing. I bought one with the connection block but that was also wrong

Thanks Dave and Don, unit is about 2 years old but in a care home kitchen so used twice a day every day, Its used by different people all the time and just push the buttons so hard they have broken.

Thanks Lawrence, but the display is flicking on and off with numbers when no pan is on the hob at all. It just will all of a sudden switch itself on and numbers appear in the screen.

I ordered on Tuesday 11am and only now been told there is a delay as they are busy with this time of year. My parcel will not arrive to me at the earliest Monday. This means fitting of parts on Tuesday a week after first visit. I could of ordered on ebay with next day delivery for only a few quid more and kept my customer happy
