    I am asking for any advise on what others think about frost free makes at the moment as I don’t do a lot of frost free freezers and I will take it from there

    Thanks for your help guys the electric and sewer system are all mains and fine it is just she is on a well water, might walk away from this one

    thanks for the reply which iam not to suprised about, but i need to quote for an insurance job is the sealed drum available so i can keep them quiet and try to supply new, Andy

    I have been told to send a letter stating that i have got unused spares to return for credit as stated in there agreement, and to give them a date to collect and from that date i will charge them an adminastration and storage charge. Has anyone else managed to even get a responce out of these people as they dont seem to want to speak or reply to emails

    In the service agent agreement section 2 part b it states isdal reserve the right to contra the sales and purchase ledgers of any accounts which remain unpaid 60 days after the date of invoice, It also states it again in paragraph 5 as they owe me money can i quote for this to happen, Also section d states that they will buy back any stock purchased upon termination of the agreement

    customer is chasing me for the repair does anyone what E5 flashing up on the screen means when you plug it in and then goes dead.

    I still dont understand why Independent was not sold as a going concern before they lost all there contracts, ie gorenje but to shut it overnight. have you got a contact for hi sense or is it still to early as i sell appliances and have got a couple of calls this week for under guarantee claim.     Does anyone know what will happen to Frigidaire/Fridgemaster guarantees, as i still have lots of appliances to sell in my shop, do i have to sell them without guarantee or will someone else pick them up.
