    Re: MJH Aftercare

I was approached by MJH last November, the rates are ok, they paid me on both occasions I have done something for them, not a great deal of work, but every little bit helps these days. Give em a go, nothing to lose as they say !!!

    Cheers and good luck

Could be a couple of things, firstly check motor brushes, if they are too short then the machine wont start, if not that, check control pcb and make sure start switch in properly soldered to board, they have a habit of dropping off. Hope this helps.

PS Also check buttons aren’t all gummed up and stuck in.

Indesit also used to have this as an issue, never appeared as a fault in Italy because of the more temperate climate, but it did here. They then laquered the reverse of the pcb’s and it was problem solved – just the rest of the appliance to worry about after that !!!!

Re: Stoves / Belling Energy Reg

    Thanks David,

Connect don’t even list it as an alternative – it just shows a obsolete, Ill give Stoves a ring and see if they can shed any light on it, but …. after the aggro I had with a Diplomat range and oven stat wiring, I won’t hold my breath.

    Thanks again
