Just a thought but is the glassware definitely Dishwasher proof … its possible that the glass has just been washed to a point of no return …

Having scoured previous messages about similar models it appears that your Freezer may well have been supplied by MFI … 08457 959722 may well be worth a try … others may well have more info for you, keep checking back here …

No doubt an engineer with more experience will come up with something else but in the mean time just because the filter is clear does not necessarily mean that there is not a foriegn object intermitently stopping the pump from working (inside the pump) … therefore stopping the spin cycle … ( no point spinning if full of water ) … HOWEVER … before you go removing pumps etc see what other advice turns up here … if in doubt, use the REPAIRS@ facility to find yourself an engineer who will be more than happy to come out …

If you were to use a 2x tablets that contains a bleach ( a bio tablet such as, say for instance, Ariel Bio) and put them straight in the draw ( its ok, they’re designed for it ) once a month with a 90 degree wash, you would be doing what is known as a service wash … the reason for the mould is the bacteria that is not getting killed off by using a non bio detergent … even tho you are putting them in the draw moisture with bacteria is obviuosly still accumalating … will help to keep the rest of the machine bug free too

Word on the street is that a man with a Scottish accent has requested that Birmingham Holiday Inn order a lorry load of ice for 24/25/26 February … apparently they are launching a new product and they are to have a live Penguin on display !!

Looks even better as a PC desktop image … or is that just me taking devotion to duty a bit too far ?? Mind you, the SKY engineer visiting me asked me what it was the logo for and there then ensued a 20 min conversation about the site and its benefits … another person wise to the ways of UKW ! Not many to go now … :lesson:
