I would try our local tip, but they won’t let us take any machines away (insurance / liability)- damn!! I also don;t know why the machine is in there. A machine that doesn’t spin is no use to me either!!!

Any particular models to stay away from? I was thinking of ones with the electronic balance.

The great thing is with washing machines is that children can relate to them as they see them everyday. I alsways used to find it interestign that for such a complicated appliance, the only thing holding it to the floor was a lump or two of concrete.

So any suggestions lads??! 🙂
